This page explains in plain language what is and isn’t collected when you visit themindfluencer.com.tr marketing site. Details on how your personal data is processed are in thePrivacy notice (KVKK).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies unless you consent. Google Analytics cookies are used only if you click“Accept” in the cookie banner (see below). There are no advertising, remarketing or social media tracking codes. Third-party content is otherwise loaded only in the cases described below.

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

To understand how the site is used (pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location, whether the demo form was submitted, clicks on phone/email links), we use Google LLC’s Google Analytics service. It is not loaded unless you give consent in the cookie banner. If you consent, Google sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (for up to 2 years) and the data is transferred to Google’s servers abroad. Advertising and personalization signals are turned off.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: open cookie preferences and choose “Decline”. After declining, Google Analytics cookies are deleted and the service is not loaded.

Bot protection

Only on the demo request page, Cloudflare Turnstile is used to stop the form being filled in by automated programs. During the check, Turnstile processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser; this information is not used for advertising. Turnstile is not loaded on other pages.

Map

The Google Map on the Contact page is not loaded until you press“Load map”. When you load it, the map comes from Google LLC’s servers; your IP address and browser details are sent to Google (abroad) and Google may use its own cookies. This is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Without loading the map, you can see our address on the page or use the “Open in Google Maps” link.

Server logs

For security and troubleshooting, our hosting provider’s servers keep standard access logs with the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information for each request. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify or profile you.

Demo request form

The information you share in the form is not written to a database; it is sent to our team by email and used only to respond to your request. To prevent misuse, your IP address is kept briefly in an irreversible (one-way hashed) form.

Brands’ applications

The creator apps of brands that use the Mindfluencer infrastructure (e.g. brandname.mindfluencer.com.tr) are not part of this site. In those apps, the brand concerned is the data controller and the app’s own privacy and KVKK texts apply.
