Privacy notice (KVKK)

This is an English translation provided for convenience. TheTurkish version (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni)is legally binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the personal data processed through the demo request form and contact channels of themindfluencer.com.tr website.
It covers the Mindfluencer marketing site only. In the influencer application and campaign apps of brands that use the Mindfluencer infrastructure (e.g. brandname.mindfluencer.com.tr), the brand concerned is the data controller and the privacy notice in that app applies.

Please do not enter personal data of third parties (e.g. creators you work with) in the note field of the demo request form.
3. Purposes and legal bases

No commercial electronic marketing messages are sent to you through this channel.
4. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, when you fill in the demo request form on the site or email us.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred only to the following recipients, limited to the purposes above:
- Hosting and email service providers: to publish the site and deliver the form content to us by email.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile): for the bot check on the form. During the check, your IP address and browser signals may be transferred to servers abroad. This transfer is carried out in line with the procedures set out in KVKK Art. 9.
- Authorized public institutions: where a legal obligation arises, limited to the scope requested.
6. Retention period
Data relating to a demo request is kept for at most 2 years after the request is concluded. If a contract is concluded, it is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and the statutory retention periods. At the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you give consent in the cookie banner, your usage data (pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, online identifiers) is processed with Google LLC’s Google Analytics service to measure how the site is used. The legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). The data is transferred to Google’s servers abroad; this transfer also relies on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9). If you do not consent, the service is not loaded; you can withdraw your consent at any time in thecookie preferences.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can submit your requests, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with information identifying you, in writing toKerime Hatun Camii Sk. No:14, Çengelköy, 34680 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye or from the email address you previously provided to us to info@mindfluencer.com.tr. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
