One hello.
Great work, together.

The journey of a collaboration, from application to final content. Who does what, and what comes next? Let’s take a look.

The brand, people and campaign you see along the way are fictional examples.

It all starts with a “hello”.

Requests that used to get lost in DMs come together on your brand’s application page.

The parcel ships. The back-and-forth stops.

When a product invitation is accepted, the address flows into a shipment record. Tracking details are in front of both sides.

In paid collaborations, payment moves forward after content approval.

Great content, right where it belongs.

The rules of the process, right here when you need them.

Applications and account creation

There is no public sign-up. Creators whose applications are approved create their account via the link in their email. A product invitation can’t be accepted without an address, nor a paid one without payment details.

Capacity and deadlines

Campaigns that reach capacity stop accepting new creators. Invitations past their response deadline close; a reminder goes out 48 hours before.

Content, ad disclosure and tracking

Disclosure hashtags (such as #ad and #collab) are added to every brief by default and can be edited per campaign. Traffic from each participation’s own UTM link can be tracked in your analytics tool.

Invoice and payment order

In paid collaborations, payment opens after the content is approved. If an invoice is required, the creator uploads it and the brand attaches the payment receipt to the record.

So, how do we start
with your brand?

Try it first. When your team is ready, we go live together.

  1. Let’s meet

We talk about your team and your collaboration model.

  2. We tailor it to you

We open your demo copy with your logo and colors.

  3. Try it together

Your team runs a sample campaign from start to finish.

  4. Go live when ready

We clear the demo data and launch on your brand’s address.

What do we need from you to get started?

Your brand identity: Your logo and primary color.

Your application copy: Collaboration terms and privacy documents.

When going live: Notification email settings and, if you like, your own domain.

Each brand has its own application and database. We complete the technical setup together. The platform works in Turkish and English.

Make the next great collaboration yours.

We’ll set up a demo with your logo and colors, so your team can try the whole flow — from application to content approval.
